Khoo Swee Chiow is a Singaporean-born adventurer, author and motivational speaker. He is the first South East Asian, and the 4th person in the world, to complete the Explorers Grand Slam (South Pole, the North Pole and all Seven Summits).

Not restricting his achievements to mountaineering, he has cycled 1,213km from Penang to Singapore. In 2003 he cycled 8,066km from Singapore to Beijing. In 2004 he swam the 40 km Straits of Malacca from Indonesia to Malaysia in 22 hours. In 2005 he broke the Guinness World Record of the Longest Scuba Submergence (220 hours underwater).
